On a near monthly basis we get calls from people from around the country and the world who want to do what we do.  They want to make a great living training dogs.

We’ve never had a program to offer but due to the inquiries we are going to start offering one.

Let me first start out by saying, this offer is not going to be for everyone.  I’ll explain why.

What we’ve developed is incredibly valuable.  Our uniqueness in the dog training world essentially comes down to two things:

1- Our expertise in training.  We take what we call a ‘Stabilized Approach’ to dog training.

What that means is that we haven’t followed the trend of ‘treat only’ training that has become popular over the past decade and more.

Instead, we have developed unique systems with simple motivators and humane corrections that teaches a dog how to be highly obedient…and enjoy being highly obedient.

With this system we have a better success rate than other trainers at fixing aggression, solving destruction, arriving at great levels of obedience, and more.

We provide better results than our competitors and that system of training is very valuable for anyone wanting to learn to be a dog trainer.

2- Our expertise in marketing.

It’s one thing to be good at what you do, it’s another to be able to get your service purchased by enough people in such a way that you can make a great living and still have control over your time.

We have unique marketing systems that allow new trainers to run their training company like successful businesses, rather than as hobbyists.

For these two reasons, our dog trainers school is very valuable.

If you’ve searched around in your quest to become a dog trainer you’ve no doubt seen that there are various options for someone looking to get into the field.

1- You could go to a dog training school.  There are several around the country and many of them will give you a great education on training dogs.

If this is what you’re looking for we’re actually happy to give recommendations for schools that get great results.

The problem is that these schools for dog trainers teach you only that…dog training.

There will be SOME instruction on running a business but nothing that will really help you stand apart from the crowd and immediately start commanding healthy fees for your services.

2- You could buy a dog training franchise.  While many people go with this option there are some big-time drawbacks to this:

You aren’t in control of your business!

You have to use ONLY their marketing.  ONLY their sales techniques.  ONLY their training methods.  You have very little freedom in how you run the business.

You have to pay ongoing royalties in the neighborhood of 6%, advertising co-ops and more!  Even once you’ve got your business to the point where you don’t need help from corporate that often you still have to pay these fees that can eat up your profit.

Getting into the business is expensive!  It costs tens of thousands of dollars just for the right to be affiliated with them.

Your training skills are not developed very well.  Depending on the franchise you may only get two weeks of school before you head out to start your business.

In the science and art that is dog training, that just isn’t enough time.

3- Your third option is to go the ‘potpourri’ route and piece things together.

This is where you buy all the books and videos you can…

Beg other dog trainers for internships or apprenticeships…

Fly around the country to attend seminars and workshops…

This can be a viable option.  But it also leaves a lot of room for error.

Some seminars can be a waste of time.  Some trainers you want to apprentice for just aren’t successful.

Besides, it can be difficult to arrange all of that education around a work schedule or other commitments.

And we’ll make sure that you’re here for long enough to soak up all of the dog training and marketing/sales/business administration information that you need.

You’ll go home empowered with years worth of experience condensed into a jam packed couple months.

What’s best, is you’ll go home with knowledge and ability to get your business going…with YOUR business name, YOUR own website, YOUR own identity.

So why would I say that this opportunity isn’t for everyone?

First off, the opportunity is closed to people in Utah.

No offense, we love Utahans.

But the stuff we share is just too powerful to be teaching it to people who will turn around and compete with us.

Second, we’re asking for a big commitment.

Spending 2-3 months here in Utah is nothing to take lightly.  We only want people to come to us who have made the decision they are going to do this for a living.

Third, it’s expensive.  No, I’m not going to list the price here as prices will go up as demand goes up and prices will vary depending on final goals that someone has.

I will tell you that it will be a bit more of an investment than traditional dog training schools and a lot less expensive than dog training franchises.
